CHANGE OF MIND ON FULL PRICED ITEMS
If you have changed your mind or the goods do not fit, we are happy for you to return the goods within 7 days of your sales receipt and once inspected then a refund will be processed.
We are unable to exchange due to how quickly we sell through our products
The item must be returned to us unworn and in the same manner as it left our store. If you are wanting to return an item you must first email us email@example.com to be issued with our Return approval and the addtess for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt in with return item. Return Postage costs are the customers responsibility. Shipping costs are not refunded
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU RECEIVED FREE POSTAGE WITH YOUR ORDER the cost of original postage of item/s that are returned will be deducted from your Refund. We do not allow returns on Facemasks, earrings and swimwear
SALE ITEMS or special % off discounts
Please note that there are NO RETURNS ON SALE OR REDUCED ITEMS .
If the goods are deemed as faulty then a full refund will be issued.
We check all of our goods thoroughly before posting however we know sometimes mistakes can be made. If your goods are faulty you must email us with pictures of the fault we missed at firstname.lastname@example.org to be given return approval postage instructions and once received within 7 days of original sales receipt and item is inspected and deemed to be faulty then we will process your return and either repair, replace or if not then we will refund as per rights under consumer law . We do cover the cost of return postage if a faulty or incorrect item has been sent to you. To arrange a pre paid return label, contact our customer care team via email with a photo of the faulty or incorrect item
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTABLE IF THEY HAVE our ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND ITEM IS UNUSED AND NOT WORN/WASHED
If you are unsure of a garments care label, always ‘cold hand wash’ to avoid any damage to the garment’s delicate fabric. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly, we are unable to accept this back as a faulty return.
If you damage a garment after wearing it e.g a button falls off or the zip breaks because of ‘wear and tear‘ we cannot accept these garments back for a faulty return. Please inspect your item when you receive it to make sure it is in perfect condition.
Exchanges are no longer available as a return option. We experienced too many instances of our customers missing out on the styles/sizes they wanted when posting the item and trying to exchange. To stop the disappointment, we decided to make it refund on FULL PRICE items the only return option. If you need to return something to us for a different size or style, jump straight on the website and purchase it and send the original back to us with following our return processes . As soon as we receive it and inspect item then you will be refunded and won't have to wait to get the right thing and avoid the disappointment of missing out
If an item is returned without our prior approval it will not be processed and will not be accepted
